NANA KOBBAH FILMS MAKES A CASTING CALL

Can you act? Can you fluently speak English and Fante, English and Twi, or English and Ga? Can you sing? Are you between the age of 21 -55? If the answer is yes, then this audition is for you! 

It is the first audition by Nana Kobbah Films in a bid to build a Christian movie industry. By being part of this, you would surely be making history. The venue is:

PETER SEDUFIA (Director) BIO: 

I am a product of the National Film and Television Institute, Ghana with BFA degree in film directing. 

I have directed several short films with varied awards. I directed “Master and 3 Maids” comedy series and “Keteke” 2017 also being my directorial debut, which has received numerous screenings in film festivals across the world and has won awards in Africa’s oldest and biggest film festival – FESPACO 2019, Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) 2017, Luxor African Film Festival 2018, Africa Magic Viewer’s Choice Award (AMVCA) 2018 among others. “Sidechic Gang” 2018, is my second feature length film, which has also won a number of awards, including nomination into the 2018 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA). My recent release is “Away Bus” 2019, made in partnership with Kofas Media. 

I am the CEO of OldFilm Productions and the founder of The Director’s Call workshops.

ASEYE TAMAKLOE, holds a BFA in Film Editing, from the National Film and Television Institute, Ghana and an MPhil in African Studies from the Institute of African Studies, University of Ghana, Legon. Besides working as a freelance editor for film and television, she is also a lecturer at the National film and Television Institute. She has taught in number of multicultural settings and has worked with organizations such as the International Finance Cooperation (IFC) World Bank and the European Union Delegation in Ghana. Aseye Tamakloe is the founder and festival director of NDIVA WOMEN’S FILM FESTIVAL in Accra, Ghana.
